Complete Re-Pipe

repipeDo you have low water pressure?  How about rust colored or yellow water?  Does anyone get scalded in the shower when someone flushes, uses a sink or turns on the washing machine?  Maybe you have leaks in your plumbing?

If you answered yes to any of the above, like many other Greater Detroit Area residents, you can prevent all of the above from happening.

Sometimes it's not a full copper repipe thats needed, it may only be the main pipe in the sidewalk or one pipe full of rust.

Repiping is the solution that allows you to take a comfortable shower, wash dishes, water the lawn, wash laundry, and in fact, use all faucets and fixtures at the same time.

Copper repiping gives you great water pressure throughout your home, improves delivery of hot water, eliminates costly water damage repair bills and saves money on water lost to an inefficient system.

Why copper re-pipe your home? If you have an existing galvanized domestic system, the age of your premises is over 25 years or was built prior to 1980, chances are you have galvanized piping. Galvanized pipes (steel piping) rusts.

Over a period of 25 years, a galvanized pipe will become so plugged with rust that a 1" pipe will look like a 1/8" pipe, or it will become so blocked, you will barely be able to see through it.

A domestic piping system consists of pressure vs. volume. Pressure is expressed by P.S.I. (pounds per square inch), which is measured by how much pressure the water department is pumping into your area. Volume is how much water can flow through your pipes. When your pipes are plugged, you do not intake the best possible volume on your premises. It is comparable to having clogged arteries. If you see signs of rust on the exterior of the pipes, erosion or corrosion, you have the potential for leaks or pipe bursts, which could cost you thousands of dollars in water damage.
